Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 14 business days of the order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify mgmt@teoriah.com. Some items may take up to 4 weeks to ship depending on availability and production time. You will receive an email from teoriah.com when your order has been confirmed.

All orders are shipped USPS Ground.
Rates are calculated through USPS calculator.

USA: 7-10 business days
NON-USA: 7-30 business days
Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands.
Please note that orders placed in weekends will not be shipped before the next weekday and that orders will not be delivered during weekends or on holidays.
Note that some delays may occur during sales season, public holidays and/or due to severe weather conditions.
International orders are shipped UPS International.
All California residents will incur an 8.25% sales tax.
