We are doing our best to inform our customers of the potential of higher duties and taxes in many territories due to the newly imposed tax and customs tariff increase for 2019. Therefore, when ordering merchandise from 49 Digits (or any US based online store for that matter) for international deliveries you may be subject to newly imposed higher import duties and/or taxes by your local authority. 49 Digits is not responsible for any charges that are incurred in your local region for customs/duties and fees. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and 49 Digits cannot predict the value or amount of these charges as we receive no financial benefit nor have any authority in the laws of your local region or country. For additional information regarding customs and duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. 49 Digits is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. 49 Digits is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay such duties or tax fees.

PURCHASES

All purchases placed through teoriah.com are subject to teoriah.com acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Without limitation, this means that teoriah.com may refuse to accept or may cancel any purchase, whether or not the purchase has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase that is subsequently cancelled, teoriah.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account.

DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 14 business days of the order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify mgmt@teoriah.com. Some items may take up to 4 weeks to ship depending on availability and production time. You will receive an email from teoriah.com when your order has been confirmed.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All orders are shipped USPS Ground. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. International orders are shipped UPS International. All California residents will incur an 8.25% sales tax.

Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands.

Please note that orders placed in weekends will not be shipped before the next weekday and that orders will not be delivered during weekends or on holidays.

Note that some delays may occur during sales season, public holidays and/or due to severe weather conditions. We will do our best to notify our customers via email in advance.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at mgmt@teoriah.com with details of the product and the defect.

Note that the original shipping cost of any returned item won’t be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the return/exchange to be processed.

EXCHANGE (FOR US TERRITORY ONLY)

Exchanges may be made if directly approved by 49 Digits customer service within 7 calendar days of delivery date.

You can easily exchange your purchase to another merchandise if the wished items are available in stock.

In the case of a difference in price on the exchanged items, shipping costs or any additional fees will be deducted or granted from your purchase.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

All returns must be in perfect condition, we are unable to accept returns on merchandise that have been used, without its tag, or damaged in any way.

Please ensure that you return the items in all of their original undamaged packaging as otherwise they cannot be accepted.

Place the merchandise in the original packaging, include the invoice, put the return label provided on the outside of the carton and seal the box.
The financial responsibility of the exchange is yours until the package has reached our headquarters and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
