RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at teo.storecs@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Note that the original shipping cost of any returned item won’t be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

Please email teo.storecs@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a pre addressed return label. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for the return/exchange to be processed.

EXCHANGE  (FOR US TERRITORY ONLY)

Exchanges may be made if directly approved by 49 Digits customer service within 7 calendar days of delivery date. 

You can easily exchange your purchase to another merchandise if the wished items are available in stock. 

In the case of a difference in price on the exchanged items, shipping costs or any additional fees will be deducted or granted from your purchase.

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

All returns must be in perfect condition, we are unable to accept returns on merchandise that have been used, without its tag, or damaged in any way. 

Please ensure that you return the items in all of their original undamaged packaging as otherwise they cannot be accepted.

Place the merchandise in the original packaging, include the invoice, put the return label provided on the outside of the carton and seal the box.  
The financial responsibility of the exchange is yours until the package has reached our headquarters and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.

 

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
